ABCCM-Veterans Services of the Carolinas have brought HOPE to Veterans across the state since 2016. Veterans who served in active duty military are eligible for our services. HOPE’s primary focus is outreach to Veterans who are struggling with Mental Illness and who are literally homeless living on the streets, in camps, wooded areas, abandoned buildings or under bridges. In May, we Honor Veterans who paid the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we enjoy and the country we love. Through our HOPE program, we Honor Veterans who need our help. If you want to Honor A Veteran in your life by giving HOPE to a Veteran in crisis, please visit www.abccm.org/ways-to-help and donate.

Because of our volunteers, 93¢ of every dollar donated goes directly to help our Veterans at ABCCM’s Veteran Services of the Carolinas, Veterans Restoration Quarters, and Transformation Village for women Veterans. We continue to honor our Veterans by providing services across North Carolina.
VSC serves Veterans with Hope, Healing, Honor and a Home through Outreach to homeless Veterans, Rapid Rehousing, Homeless Prevention, Employment, Training Support, and Service Coordination. VRQ and Transformation Village provide principle-based environments in intentional communities that address every area in the life of a Veteran. We work to provide each Veteran with stability, personal skill-building, educational and training opportunities leading to certification and licensure for careers and sustainable housing and the restoration of personal dignity, faith and strength.

Honor A Veteran™
ABCCM is pleased to announce our new way to Honor A Veteran™. We have heard for years from volunteers who serve because they are honoring a Veteran in their life. One volunteer said she did not serve in the military, but loves serving Veterans to honor her father. While families are remembering the important Veterans in their own lives, needed funds will be raised to help restore the lives of many Veterans with training, a job with a living wage – a new direction in life.
When you honor a Veteran in your life, a plaque with name, rank, dates served, the branch of service, hometown, and state will be placed on the ABCCM Veterans Honor Wall. At certain donation levels, your plaque will also include a photo with options for a short or longer biography.
Veterans placed on the ABCCM virtual Veteran Honor Wall™ will be permanently displayed online, searchable by name, to be presented at events and locations across North Carolina. The Honorary Dollars™ will support the many Veteran Services provided throughout our VSC and VRQ Ministries.
We are reaching out to families and friends of Veterans from across the nation and our history, to go to ABCCM.org and Honor A Veteran™ with a donation to help fellow Veterans in need today.
Thank you for your Veteran’s service to our country and for honoring them in this way.
