THANK YOU FOR YOUR Generosity
When you give to ABCCM, you are joining others in helping our neighbors in need through one of our areas of ministry.
The Honor Card is a unique way to recognize special individuals and at the same time give a meaningful gift to someone in need. Each Honor Card can be personalized, “honoring” an individual with a contribution to ABCCM. Since its conception in 1988, more than 500,000 Honor Cards have been gifted. Over the years, many businesses have instituted the Honor Card as their official holiday card for clients, associates and employees. Honor Cards will be available locally at all ABCCM locations for a minimum donation of $5 per card, November through January. 100% of the proceeds go to provide services for the ABCCM Homeless Ministries.
In 2016, $5.6 million of cash gifts were added to $13.6 million in direct services to our neighbors to generate a $19.2 million impact. Through the work of our volunteers, every dollar given generated about $3 in direct services. Of every dollar given only 4 cents is spent on administration and 2 cents on fundraising. That means 94 percent of every cash gift goes directly into services.
