The ABCCM Board of Directors has authorized the electronic announcement of this bid.
ABCCM is rebuilding and restoring the Veterans Restoration Quarters (VRQ) to better serve our nation’s heroes with expanded housing and comprehensive support services. This RFP is to solicit responses from qualified firms to provide Construction Management services, including Preconstruction Phase services, development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal, and Construction Phase services.
We are currently accepting construction proposals from qualified contractors until June 19, 2025.
Note: This contract shall be partially reimbursed with Federal-aid funding through FEMA. The solicitation, selection, and negotiation of a contract shall be conducted in accordance with all FEMA requirements and guidelines.
