I was in the United States Marine Corps from 1970 to 1973. I moved here, coming from South Carolina, 2012 for recovery. I was at the Veteran Quarters for recovery. I just got moved into my apartment at Pisgah View Apartments and I've heard that ABCCM, I can get air conditioning from them to put in my house cause getting kind of warm and that was a blessing.
I thank God for that.

I am a CNA and I work the night shift. I don't have insurance coverage and it's very expensive to go to the urgent care or the hospital without coverage. I ran into some health issues and the clinic they've helped me.
They're wonderful. They've helped me get back on my feet. I am back to work. I'm grateful for the treatment at the clinic. The doctors and the staff are wonderful and they've also helped me get the medicine I needed.
The clinic has allowed me to get back to work quicker and I'm feeling better now. And I provide for my family.
Hello, my name is Lisa Conard and I'm here with Starnes Cove Baptist Church on Operation Inasmuch day. And I think today we were sewing seeds, both literally, and we are also sowing seeds for the Lord. With each seed that's planted, think about how Jesus died on the cross and how his work it's still giving to everyone and how a plant has to die to form seeds and then it dies and then their seeds continue on to nourish them. Think of all the seeds that we have had to start somewhere and they are just continuations. And so I think of God's word as living today and living tomorrow and living forever.
So we're just so grateful for this opportunity. Thank you.

I'm here with Starnes Cove Baptist Church. We were working with operation and as much today here at Transformation Village we got to plant some seeds, some flowers and vegetables, different things. And I think it's kind of neat. When we look at planting a seed, how.
At first, there's nothing there. There's nothing to see. It's just the dirt, but then as you nourish it, it grows into something beautiful. And I think that's probably part of the opportunity that they give here at Transformation Village when they come. When people come there can be some brokenness, but with time with cultivation, they grow to something beautiful.
And so I think that's an opportunity that we're all offered in Christ as well. We're all broken in some way, but we're all offered. Forgiveness and we can all be transformed into something beautiful. And so I appreciate the opportunity to work here today. Thank you very much.
