circlesOur Calling....

What is your calling? We all have unique gifts and abilities and one of life's greatest adventures is discovering and developing those gifts. Our Circle creates an opportunity for people on different paths to travel side by side on the road of discovery. Along the way, these strangers become friends: friends who hear and respond together.

Our Children

The African proverb, "It takes a village to raise a child," is as true in North Carolina as it is in Nairobi. Putting this proverb in action, Our Circle aims to bring villages together around their children. See, we believe children deserve the very best: the best parenting, the best education, the best community. Sure, we've all got a lot to learn. But Our Circle creates a place to learn together. And to laugh together. A healthy community: It's a lot like a growing garden. Sure, a garden needs the right physical environment, but mostly it needs the attention of caring people.

Our Community

A healthy community also needs an environment ripe with potential along with people willing to invest in its future. Indeed, to create a community that's vibrant and life-giving, we must be active gardeners, attending the details of community life. We must pluck out injustice, weed out inequality, and sprinkle in a generous mix of faith, hope, and love. That's what Our Circle is all about: cultivating a community where people work and grow. Together.

Our Church

What does it mean to be a part of the church? Unfortunately, Jesus didn't leave precise instructions. He did tell us to love each other though. And to serve each other. And also to treat each other like we want to be treated. But how? Our Circle provides the framework for the church to reach outside itself and into the community. Step beyond worship centers and fellowship halls into the flesh and blood needs of your city. Don't worry: Our Circle will go with you. Together we will serve as one.
