Impact of Charitable Giving
2007: cash gifts of $2.9M were added to $9.1M in direct services to our neighbors
to generate an $12M impact. Every dollar given yielded an avg. of $3.14 in services.
Only 3.54% spent on management and 1.81% spent on fundraising.
95% of every cash gift goes directly to services.
Crisis Ministry: each dollar generates $3.07 in stability and preventing homelessness.
Jail Ministry: books/spiritual materials to provide meaning and direction to inmates.
Shelter Ministry: Children kept safe and 353 jobs for Vets and Women-priceless!
HVRP: Vets-176; Employed-162; obtained Housing-166. Placement Rate- 92%
VWIP: Vets-109; Employed-91; obtained Housing-109. Placement Rate- 83%
Medical Ministry: Partner- Mission Hospitals: each dollar generates $3.37 in health care. Medical visit = $13.40 ER visit: level 2 = $200 Dental visit = $46.80 - Dental office cost = $185.
